As reactive app developers, we, at Viha Digital Commerce fully comply with GDPR and treat data directly as a synonym of customers’ privacy. Therefore, we don’t disclose any individual personal information to 3rd party apps and keep it confidential, in an encrypted format. In case we need to delegate specific information regarding merchants or merchant’s customers who reside in or operate from any European region to a 3rd party application, we expressively ask them before doing so. We shared the data at least 3 times once the project is ended.

How do you get my consent?

When you provide us with personal information to complete a transaction, verify your credit card, place an order, arrange for a delivery or return a purchase, we imply that you consent to our collecting it and using it for that specific reason only.
