Our Solution

Our Team Given the Task of Revamping the Outdated Website of Our Client, Delta. The Website Was Built on an Old Version of Magento That Lacked Essential Upgrades Like Gallery Extentions and Had a UI Design That Was Not User-friendly.

Our solution involved upgrading the website from Magento 2.3.4 to the more secure version of Magento 2.4.4. Additionally, we redesigned the theme, implemented a new look and feel, and optimized the theme to improve user experience.

To Successfully Execute the Project, We Utilized the Jira Project Management Tool and Planned Sprints While Developing the Website on the Adobe Commerce Environments. We Also Managed the Bitbucket Repositories to Ensure Seamless Collaboration and Efficient Code Management.
