For the All Parts Case Study, Our Team Was Tasked With Updating the Client’s Outdated Website. The Website Was Running on an Old Version of Magento That Lacked Important Security Upgrades, and the UI Design Was Not User-friendly. Our Solution Was to Upgrade the Website From Magento 2.3.4 to the More Secure Version of Magento 2.4.4, Redesign the Theme, and Implement a New Look and Feel With an Optimized Theme. To Execute the Project, We Utilized the Jira Project Management Tool and Planned Sprints, While Developing in the Adobe Commerce Environments. We Also Managed the Bitbucket Repositories to Ensure Smooth Collaboration and Efficient Code Management.
