1. Product Customization

A2 Milk Company Wanted to Offer Its Customers the Ability to Customize Their Milk Products Based on Their Preferences. This Involved Options for Selecting the Fat Content, Quantity, Packaging, and Delivery Schedule.

A2 Milk Company Required Customization Options for Product Categories to Make It Easier for Customers to Find the Products They Need. Our Team Implemented Custom Category Filters, Allowing Customers to Sort and Search for Products Based on Their Specific Preferences.

3. Cart Customization

To Provide a Seamless User Experience, A2 Milk Company Requested Customization of the Shopping Cart. We Added Custom Features Such as Product Images, Cart Limitations, Detailed Product Information, and the Ability to Adjust Quantities and Remove Products From the Cart.

5. Third-Party Shipping API Integration

A2 Milk Company Needed a Shipping Integration With a Third-party API to Provide Real-time Shipping Quotes and Tracking Information to Customers. Our Team Integrated the API, Allowing Customers to Choose Their Preferred Shipping Method and Receive Accurate Shipping Information During Checkout.

6. Mobile-Optimized Website

Our Solution

For the A2 Milk Company Case Study, Our Team Was Tasked With Enhancing Their Existing Website, Which Had Outdated Technology and an Unsatisfactory UI Design. The Website Was Running on an Older Version of Magento That Lacked Important Security Updates. Our Solution Was to Upgrade the Website to Magento 2.4.4, Which Was More Secure and Provided a Better User Experience. We Also Redesigned the Theme to Give the Website a New and Optimized Look and Feel.

To Execute the Project, We Utilized the Jira Project Management Tool to Plan Sprints and Develop in the Adobe Commerce Environments. We Also Managed the Bitbucket Repositories to Ensure Smooth Collaboration and Efficient Code Management.

By Upgrading the Website and Redesigning the Theme, We Were Able to Provide A2 Milk Company With an Improved Online Presence, a More Secure Website, and a Better User Experience for Their Customers. The Updated Website is Now Mobile-optimized and Features Product Customization Options, Category Customization, Cart Customization, a Streamlined One-step Checkout Process, and Third-party Shipping API Integration.
